It prepares buyer questions
Citano writes a short set of questions a shopper might ask an AI assistant about products like yours. Every question is shown in the report.
It asks the AI engines
The free check asks ChatGPT. Full reports also ask Perplexity and Claude. If an engine fails to answer, Citano says so instead of counting it as a zero.
It saves every answer
For each answer you see whether your store was named, where it appeared, which competitors were named and which sources were cited.
It suggests what to improve
Citano separates what you can change on your own pages from mentions you would have to earn on other sites, and drafts page improvements for you to review. It does not promise a ranking.
You review, publish and check again
Every change stays a draft until you approve it. Running the same questions later shows whether the answers changed.
